Bridal Sets and Engagement Rings
Buying an engagement ring or bridal set does not have to be daunting, if you have the right information to help you confidently navigate through the process. This buying guide is meant to do just that. At Anjolee, we want to help you feel empowered so you can choose the best ring to represent your life-long commitment and unending love.
Determine Your Budget
The first thing you’ll want to do is determine your budget. This will help narrow your search and provide a starting point. Many things can affect the price of diamond engagement rings and diamond bridal sets such as diamond carat weight and quality, the type of precious metal used to craft the piece, and other diamond accents or gemstones. You’ll still have a wide variety of options to choose from. For example, if you look at our spectacular Tie the Knot Engagement Ring or Vibrant Love Emerald Cut Three Stone Bridal Set you’ll notice that you can order in 14k yellow gold, rose gold, or white gold, 18k yellow gold, rose gold or white gold, and platinum. When you change the metal quality, the price fluctuates. The higher the gold quality the more, pure gold content is included in the ring, making it more valuable.
Diamonds and Precious Metals
Knowing a bit about diamond quality and how it effects the stones beauty and value can be very beneficial as well. The 4C’s are quality specifications that have been determined by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) to identify quality and value of a diamond. The 4C’s are: Color, Clarity, Carat Weight, and Cut. The better the quality, the rarer the stone, which means the stone, is more valuable. Check out our Diamond buying guide to learn about diamonds.
Diamond and gemstone rings like our Elegant Grace Emerald Cut Bridal Set and the Four Prong Timeless Solitaire Diamond Bridal Set are both quite stunning. Each one is available in 14k white gold, rose gold, or yellow gold, 18k white gold, rose gold or yellow gold, and platinum which determines the cost. At Anjolee, you have the option to select the diamond quality on the center diamond as well as the side stones! This helps you play around with size and quality to fit within your budget. If you look at the diamond drop down menus in each of these designs and select different ones, you see the price fluctuate based on the rarity of the diamonds.
More Diamonds Please
One thing you’ll definitely want to do is find out what the woman you love wants when it comes to diamond rings. Does she want diamonds to encircle her finger like they do in our Shared Prong Eternity Style Engagement ring? What shape center would she like. Is she interested in having a diamond and gemstone ring? All of these are questions you might want to ask her – or her best friend. Chances are high that she has a Pinterest Board stuffed full of engagement rings, diamond anniversary rings and all things wedding related.
