As the 2010 holiday season gets closer, I find myself wondering how many of my friends will announce engagements before the year is over. People think of the holiday season as a perfect time to come together, celebrate, and in some cases – profess love for one another. Between December and New Year’s Eve, many couples get engaged or married, effectively ending or beginning the year in a new direction.   As an avid supporter of romance, I look forward to these announcements and wonder who/when/where it will all happen!
